The rules
Production rules
All 196 declarative IF/THEN rules — 100 hard, 96 soft — across 14 production domains. A hard rule blocks the pipeline when it matches; a soft rule flags and proposes. Rules evaluate in priority order, hard before soft, and every match carries its rationale.
This material is a specification and reference set with a reference rule engine. It is not an editing application, a rendering pipeline or a completed production, and the worked example is entirely fictional — it exists to demonstrate the method.
